Role Description The Documentation Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Seville. In this position, the specialist will create, organize, and maintain documentation related to IT services, systems, and processes, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and consistency. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and updating technical and operational documents, collaborating with technical and clinical stakeholders to gather information, and standardizing documentation formats and templates. The role also involves reviewing existing documentation for completeness, identifying gaps, and implementing improvements to meet regulatory, compliance, and internal quality standards. The Documentation Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that documentation supports training, knowledge transfer, and effective service delivery.

Qualifications

Strong documentation skills, including experience with general Documentation and Technical Documentation.Clinical Documentation capabilities, with the ability to capture clinical or healthcare-related information accurately and compliantly.Technical Writing expertise, with proficiency in explaining complex technical concepts in clear, user-friendly language.Analytical Skills to interpret technical data, identify documentation gaps, and propose improvements.Proficiency with common documentation tools and platforms (e.g., word processors, collaboration tools, document management systems).Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus.Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple documents and projects simultaneously.Ability to work on-site in Seville and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communication, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Experience in IT services, healthcare, or regulated environments is beneficial.
