DescriptionWe are currently seeking a highly motivated Support Engineer to join our customer`s team. As a Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction. Relocation might be supported!
Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and reliable feedback to customers through tickets, phone calls, and remote support sessions. Use effective questioning, observation, and tools to identify and resolve various issues.
- Collaborate with Developers to prevent recurring problems.
- Evaluate and develop new tools.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills required, with experience in Windows architecture and minidump analysis.
RequirementsRequirements:
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
- Attentive and detail-oriented
- Experience with Windows architecture is a plus
