Support Engineer

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Support Engineer to join our customer`s team. As a Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction. Relocation might be supported!

Responsibilities:

• Provide timely and reliable feedback to customers through tickets, phone calls, and remote support sessions. Use effective questioning, observation, and tools to identify and resolve various issues.
• Collaborate with Developers to prevent recurring problems.
• Evaluate and develop new tools.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills required, with experience in Windows architecture and minidump analysis.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English, German is a plus
• Attentive and detail-oriented
• Experience with Windows architecture is a plus
• All fields of study welcome
