Preparation of the laboratory for automotive components tests expansion: evaluation of ISO 11452 and UN ECE R10 requirements, test methods and required laboratory equipment
Creating a roadmap for automotive components tests accreditation by DAkkS according to ISO 17025
Providing quality of current and future laboratory work processes according to ISO 17025 and EMC-related standards: testing, calibrations, documentation, annual audits and accreditations
Performing trial EMC tests of automotive components according to ISO 11452 and UN ECE R10
Review of test plans for feasibility, completeness and plausibility
Coordination and implementation of development-related audits
Root cause analysis for tests with NOK result, documentation of the test results
Preparation of test reports with risk assessment
Introduction of new EMC and electrical test procedures, ISTQB certification is an advantage
Collaboration in the implementation of laboratory-specific measures and tasks
Qualifikationen
At least 3 years of practical experience in the field of automotive EMC testing and in-depth knowledge of EMC standards: UN ECE R10, ISO 11451/11452, CISPR 12/16/25, IEC 61000 series
Successfully completed university studies in RF/EMC technology, electrical engineering, communications engineering, automotive engineering, physics or comparable qualification
Experience in project management and laboratory quality control according to ISO 17025
Knowledge of vehicle type approval regulations according to UN ECE R10
Experience with automotive OEM EMC standards is desired
